Returns Policy

Please be advised that you will be responsible for the shipping and re-entry costs of the product upon its return to Argentina. It's crucial to understand that Argentina has relatively high import costs and stringent customs processes. Consequently, the expenses associated with re-entering the product might potentially surpass the original purchase price.

Alternatively, you may opt to personally return the products to our showroom in either Palermo or Mar del Plata. This option eliminates the shipping and re-entry costs.

If you receive a product abroad and wish to exchange it personally at our showroom, you have one year to do so. The exchange can only be made for products from the same season as the one you originally purchased. If you prefer to exchange the product by mail, you have one month from the day you received it. In this case, you can exchange it for any product available.
